Application
77PD has better ozone resistance in static conditions compared to antidegradant 4010NA and performs well in short-term dynamic ozone resistance. It can effectively prevent cracking due to flexing and can be directly mixed into rubber, slightly promoting the scorching of the compound. Generally used in amounts of 0.7~1.5 parts by weight. Suitable as an ozone resistance agent in natural rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, nitrile rubber, and butyl rubber. 77PD can also be used as a tear resistance agent or general antidegradant.
