44PD has excellent properties as an amine antioxidant and outstanding antioxidant effects in various petroleum products. And has excellent free radical and desulfurization properties and was widely used in mineral oil, hydrogenated oil, synthetic oil, and vegetable oil.

Typical applications:

1. Efficient gasoline antioxidant, which is far more effective than commonly used T-501 antioxidant. It is especially suitable for cracking or pyrolysis gasoline (gasoline with high olefin content) additives, which can effectively prevent olefin oxidation from producing gel, so as to avoid carbon deposition in combustion chamber, piston crown, cylinder head and other parts during oil use. Compared with other amine antioxidants, this product has less consumption, good antioxidant effect, and greatly reduces environmental pollution.
2. Gasoline mercaptan remover - In the presence of air and water, 44PD acts as a catalyst to convert mercaptan into disulfide. Since 44PD is only a catalyst in this process and is insoluble in alkali, it remains in gasoline after subsequent alkali removal operations, and its antioxidant efficiency is not affected at all.
